Thanks again! 1. I have not provided a transformation matrix to probtrackx, so I assume there is no reason why it would use any (correct? or does it automatically use some transformation matrix?) 2. fslstats, returns 0.0000 0.0000 3. reducing curvatory treshhold to 0.1 has no effect. nor does the increasing of number of sampels to 10.000 (or doe you mean other inclusion/exclusion criteria?) 4. the masks are indeed binary (checked) 5. and the bedpostX results seem oke (dyads looks like speckled brains, guess thats good?) any ideas?
