Hello experts, The common mask created by dual regression appears to include only those sections of the brain that are common to all subjects (ie some of my subjects are missing some brain areas due to lesions). Ideally, I'd rather have the inverse true in that dual regression consider any brain area present in at least one subject as part of the common mask. If a particular other subject is missing that brain area then the activity in that subject in that area should be zero. This way, I can look at what most group members have in most of the brain and not have large areas unconsidered because one individual does not have that area. Is there a way to specify the common mask ahead of time to make this work in the dual regression script? I do see that randomize allows mask specification, but when I tack on a -m mask.nii.gz, the dual regression script still creates its own mask. Thank you, Varina
