Error during command authentication.
Error - unable to initiate communication with LISTSERV (errno=10054, phase=RECEIVE, target=10.0.0.37:2306). The server is probably not started.
I had set the FSL path as a bash as following:
FSLDIR=/usr/local/fsl
. ${FSLDIR}/etc/fslconf/fsl.sh
PATH=${FSLDIR}/bin:${PATH}
export FSLDIR PATH
Still it doesn't recognize the TBSS commands.
I'd appreciate if someone could help figure this issue out.

Then you need to see if it is in your search path, and if it is executable by the user.
