Dear Sanjeev,

The error "-1: Option doesn't exist" is probably in your fslview command (it would be helpful for us if you included the full commands that you tried, as otherwise we have to guess) and the solution is to use -l and not -1 (that is minus and a lowercase letter L, not the number one).

The number that you see at the end of tbss_2_reg is a job number and is created by the fsl_sub submission script.  The error that you reported earlier (and please keep previous emails in your reply as that also makes it easier for us to find previous reports) was "ERROR:: cannot find the following warp results:" and indicates that you have tried running tbss_3_postreg before results from stage 2 were complete.  You must wait for the registrations in stage 2 to finish before moving on.  If you are running in a cluster-enabled environment then these registration jobs will be run on the cluster, otherwise they will run on the machine you started the process on.  Either way you need to monitor the jobs to see when they have finished and/or check that all the output warp files are created (e.g. con_2_dti_data_FA_FA_to_target_warp, as the error message tells you).  If the registration fails for any reason, you should be able to find the error message in the log files.

All the best,
Mark

Hello All ,
Thanks for giving your valuable suggestions . Today i again tried tbss with only 2 patients and 2 controls and following things happened to me .
tbss_1_preproc run correctlt
tbss_2_reg run compltely showing 3571 in the end
tbss_3_postreg also run correctly
i used prestats command in which it showed " -1: Option doesn't exist!"
it also showed header file Green missing when i analysed with fslview

it calculated the critical values of t1 and t2, but in the last i gave the command used for display it again showed that the -1: Option doesn't exist!
i applied all the commands from http://fsl.fmrib.ox.ac.uk/fsl/fslwiki/TBSS/UserGuide . Please tell me how to solve the problem faced above and moreover how to interpret the results .

Best regards
