Hey,

it would be good to continue your thread on the NeuroDebian mailing list, instead of posting the same emails again. Please let us know (in that other thread)
whether you performed the action Yaroslav suggested.

Thanks,

Michael

Hi,
I could get the neurodebian installed in the virtual box, but when I ran the fsl 5.0 command, I had the following error:

brain@neurodebian:~$ sudo apt-get install fsl-5.0-core

Some packages could not be installed. This may mean that you have
requested an impossible situation or if you are using the unstable
distribution that some required packages have not yet been created

The following information may help to resolve the situation:

brain@neurodebian:~$ fsl
bash: fsl: command not found
brain@neurodebian:~$ fsl-5.0-core
bash: fsl-5.0-core: command not found

I'd really appreciate if someone could help figure this out so that I can install the fsl5.0, which is very
critical for our lab work,

Thanks in advance
Supreet
