Dear Paul,

I had similar problem with my fMRI data and I had a solution from Mark Jenkinson that worked very well with my data; if you want to try that on your DTI data, here is the link:

Dear all FSL experts

Currently i find some of my DTI datasets have intensity inhomogeneity problem. The intensity is more bright in odd slices and more dark in even slices. Would you provide me some approaches to deal with this problem ?

Best and many thanks

Best
