Dear FSL experts,

I am trying to use a script for atlasing the results of my TBSS. The script
in particular is named fsl_atlasing.sh

But when I try to used it, appears the following error:

rosi@rosi-HP-Pavilion-dv9700-
Notebook-PC:~/Desktop/TBSS_PAPER/TBSS_TWO_GROUPS_RD_AD/mytbss/stats/TWO_GROUPS_AD_TTEST/TWO_GROUPS_AD_WHOLE_TTEST$
fsl_atlasing.sh tfce_corrp_tstat2_96 J_T
*fsl_atlasing.sh: command not found*

I have accessed to the main directory where **I have the script and I have
done the following: chmod a+x fsl_atlasing.sh....thinking that the problem
was that the script was not executable...but it did not work either and I
really do not know what more can I do.

I thought that maybe the problem was in the kind of shell I am using...so I
do the following:

echo $SHELL
/bin/bash
rosi@rosi-HP-Pavilion-dv9700-Notebook-PC:~$

Therefore, my shell is working with bash...and the ...sh script is
compatible.....

I am really lost....I would appreciate any helping with this.

Kind regards,
Rosalia.
