Assistant to the International Summer School and Conferences Manager, Refugee Studies Centre 

Oxford Department of International Development Queen Elizabeth House, 3 Mansfield Road, Oxford
Grade 4: £20,172 - £23,352 p.a.

The Refugee Studies Centre is seeking to appoint an efficient and friendly person to assist the International Summer School and Conferences Manager.  The person appointed will have responsibility for a range of administrative duties associated with running the annual international summer school, the Visiting Fellowship programme, and various short courses, workshops, conferences and events. 

The successful candidate will have a high standard of computer literacy and experience of working with databases, excellent communication skills, be well organised and have experience of office routine and administration.  Experience of working with international visitors would be an advantage.  The post is full-time, and is for one year in the first instance, to start as soon as possible.
