Wow, this is horrendous – we are not affected, but we are on 4.16. Our upgrade to 4.17 is imminent!
Steve – can you fill me in please on what is being done to resolve this issue with 4.17 affecting CG Form M uploads.

Oh yes – we have raised it with Tribal months ago –and I have just e-mailed them again today to say we need this sorting as a matter of urgency. It is unacceptable to expect us to wait until the next release
of ebs4.
We have been putting the entries on to ebs4, running the submission just to keep ebs up-to-date, and then making the claim on the Walled Garden. Basically we have been doing the work twice and given the large
volumes of certifications coming in, this is taking at least twice as long.
I would suggest you contact
[log in to unmask] to register you concerns as would I encourage any ebs4 user experiencing the same problem to start putting some pressure on Tribal.

Hi All
Is anyone else having problems uploading Form M submission from EBS to Walled Garden? We have reported an issue to Tribal and it has been earmarked for development but no solution date set.
Basically, the submission file doesn’t generate grades into 2nd and subsequent components so, in reality, we can only upload Form Ms where the claim is for something with only one component.
Any other sufferers out there? We are using version 4.17 (I think)
