Dear All,

As most of you are aware by now, the International Conference on AIDS & STI'S in Africa (ICASA) is fast approaching.  The conference is to be held in Cape Town, South Africa from 7th - 11th December 2013 (please go to http://www.icasa2013southafrica.org/ for further details).

As the disability & HIV task group for the IDDC, we are really striving towards ensuring a strong disability presence in the conference.  In view of this, there are some key dates you need to be aware of in term of abstract submission and applications for community village & exhibition (i.e. disability network zone).

Conference Registration - until 22 November 2013

Scholarship Applications - until 13 June 2013

Abstract submission

ICASA 2013 are now open for abstract submissions until 20 June 2013.  

Please go to to http://www.icasa2013southafrica.org/abstracts/submission-guidelines.html for further advice on abstract submission guidelines.

If you would like assistance with formatting your abstract before submitting to ICASA, please feel free to forward your draft abstract to any of the people below within the next 2 weeks:
