Subject: Case management software

Dear colleagues

I am looking for some advice on effective case management software for disability services in HE.

Our University uses SITS as its main student information system and the disabilities team currently use the accessibility screens to record some of our work, backed up by paper records.

I know that we are a little behind in this area but I am interested in moving towards a specialist electronic case management system (which would need to be able to link with SITS) that would allow us to record student contact history and store documents electronically.

I would welcome any information on such systems that are successfully in use by other Disabilities Services in HE - please feel free to contact me off list at [log in to unmask]<mailto:[log in to unmask]>

All contributions welcome!

Kind regards and thanks in anticipation

Karen
