Our University uses SITS as its main student information system and the disabilities team currently use the accessibility screens to record some of our work, backed up by paper records. I know that we are a little behind in this area but I am interested in moving towards a specialist electronic case management system (which would need to be able to link with SITS) that would allow us to record student contact history and store documents electronically. I would welcome any information on such systems that are successfully in use by other Disabilities Services in HE - please feel free to contact me off list at [log in to unmask]<mailto:[log in to unmask]> All contributions welcome!
