Good Morning,

We are looking at changing our policy regarding notification for elected members and I wondered if other list members would be happy to share their approach?

Does your organisation pay for all elected members to be registered with the ICO or do you only register those members who, due to the way they process personal data, are legally required to notify? Or do you leave it members to sort out notification themselves?

Thank you in advance for your assistance.

Kind regards,

Amy Jaines - Information Governance Officer
