Hi, not sure if this query needs to go to Analysis or Cing developers: I have tried deselecting residues from the Cing analysis using the GUI in Analysis, but Cing still keeps doing the analysis for all residues. As I have an invisible floppy tag on the end of my protein, I would rather this didn't go into all the CING stats (you would think that structure calculations programs would put unrestrained residues into a sensible part of the Ramachandran plot, but unfortunately, they often don't!).
