 CANADA - Head of Library and Archives resigns after billing taxpayers for Spanish lessons

OTTAWA - The head of Library and Archives Canada said adios to his job Wednesday.

Daniel Caron resigned after billing taxpayers nearly $4,500 for personal Spanish lessons.
