Hi We are looking to have an external review our annual planning round process - a business process review looking at our approach to both strategic and financial planning. We want an external that would have a good understanding of HE business and processes and also be able to benchmark against other HEIs. I wondered if any other universities have undertaken a similar review recently and may be able to suggest/recommend a good external to undertake this?
