It looks like the Starlink environment isn't set up correctly. Does LD_LIBRARY_PATH have /soft/stardev/lib in it?

Have you set STARLINK_DIR to /soft/stardev?

If you have, what is the output of "ldd /soft/stardev/bin/kappa/cmult"?
