That is a very good point - and I guess I should have been a bit more
specific (sorry, new PSCI-COMmer).  I was really referencing the first role
they were seeking volunteers for, which included things like handling mics,
set-up/tear-down, runners, etc.

I can understand the need for some selection criteria in certain
volunteering roles to ensure they can be carried out effectively.
