Hi Laura,

It seems Athens is not consistently releasing a stable persistent ID to Aspire for returning users. Aspire relies on this id to know you are 'you' when you return for subsequent visits. A few Athens hosted customers have had this problem and my colleague Tim is liaising with Eduserv and various affected customers on this issue.

This issue does not seem to be affecting self-hosted or Shibboleth Universities.

Have you raised a ticket with support desk so we can keep track of you and send you any updates as we receive them about this issue?

All,

There seem to be a few teething issues with the interface refresh, but I'm not sure if that's just our tenancies or if everyone is experiencing them

 My main concern is that some of the buttons are in colours that could cause accessibility issues. Most notably: green buttons with blue text and  grey buttons on a grey background.
