Hi All,
just wanted to let you know about a problem we encountered with a member of public health staff who was working from a local authority network (LA) and trying to access articles from cinahl.

Because the LA had other subscriptions via ebsco and this was being IP authenticated, this seems to be overriding the nhs athens login and denying the user access to nhs ebsco resources.
We have spoken to ebsco about it but we think it is something our public health colleagues will need to investigate with their network people.

There could be other potential conflicts yet to arise.
