Mobile Learning: the real deal is a new event, jointly run by Epic and the Higher Education Academy (HEA), which will examine how higher education and public organisations can put mobile learning into practice.

The event will take place on 16 May in London and will share research, case studies and practical advice on adopting mobile learning strategies within the higher education sector and the NHS. It will also take a closer look at how mobile learning can benefit training needs.

The workshop is being jointly host by Epic, a global provider of learning technologies and the Higher Education Academy (HEA), a national body for learning and teaching in higher education.

To register your interest in this event please visit: http://epiclearninggroup.com/uk/events/mobile-learning-the-real-deal/

The HEA is also co-hosting a free one-day workshop, Changing the Learning Landscape, Mobile Learning in Medicine and Dentistry, on 18 April in Bristol.

This event is for staff who teach or manage degree programmes in Medicine, Dentistry and health science disciplines and will provide a practical introduction to the use of mobile technology to enhance teaching and student learning.

Changing the Learning Landscape (CLL) is a HEFCE-funded programme which aims to bring about change in approaches to technology in learning and teaching within HEIs. It is a unique partnership between the Leadership Foundation for Higher Education, JISC, the NUS, the Association for Learning Technology and the HEA.
