Julie: First call(s) should be - unless you've already made them (?) - on the relevant national hydrographic agencies; UK Hydrographic Office in Taunton, Somerset [www.ukho.gov.uk] will have partial responsibility for some of both Antilles chains (but as a government agency, probably one of the " fee services"). This limited-in-scope response is copied to 'Lis-maps' in order that UKHO (or others) may supply more ideas for your international requirements. Information/data dates and data quality may well vary of course - if you're thinking of a 'seamless' compilation.
