Craig Melville pointed me to this paper - which is very helpful re inequalities and clinical guideline development (and should be available free online). I can't now find the original message to see if Craig copied this to the list of just to me! Anyway, its a nice (!) paper. It'd be interesting to also look at the question of inequality in relation to the type of evidence included in guidelines across the world. My specific point in my blog is about the association between certain research methods/approaches and disabled groups...
