Hi all I will shortly be issuing an invitation to tender to deliver a number of education programmes at historic sites across south Wales. The work currently involves the delivery of 7 different interactive sessions at 4 sites, in costume and in character, but there is is potential for the range and number of sites to expand. We have been running the existing programmes for a year or so, and have scripts, costumes, props and artefacts. The contract will run form May 2013 tothe end of March 2015. The problem I have is that I am required to find a minimum of 5 companies, and preferably 8 companies, to invite to tender, and I can only find 3! Could anybody point me in the direction of companies who might be interested in tendering for this work?
