I have a small question regarding the use of tfce in randomise for group comparison. The ..tfce_corrp_tstat.. output represents the active voxels after extent and height parameter specification and correction for multiple
comparisons. But looking at individual voxel intensities in fslview, do they need to reach 0.95 to say that we are looking at active voxels at p<.05 after correction for multiple comparisons? Can we take these images as is or do we need to use fslmaths to
specify the voxels above 0.95?
