Do you mean the timeseries output by that regression? They are not regressors - they are the GLM output - the fitted parameters. They could have any scale, depending on your data and your model.
I guess what raised the red flag is that the regressor values I have usually seen in the past were from ~ -10 to ~10. Any comments on these regressors, which reach 40s and 50s?
