Hi all.

I get the nii.gz file and bvecs using dcm2nii. The nii.gz file is in the LAS orientation.

I wonder if I swap it to RAS orientation, is the bvecs file still suitable for DTIFit?

Or I have to swap the bvecs as is done on nii.gz file?
