Hi, the code I was using in FSL4 e.g. fslmaths /usr/local/fsl/data/standard/MNI152_T1_2mm_brain.nii.gz -roi 46 1 -58 1 -2 1 0 1 -kernel sphere 3 -fmean /Users/dsoto/Documents/fMRI/wmbias_rs_task/rtempocc -odt float; cd /Users/dsoto/Documents/fMRI/wmbias_rs_task; fslmaths rtempocc -bin rtempoccbin no longer seems to work in FSL5 (either OS or Ubuntu), I mean the command does produce an output i.e. rtempoccbin but when I open it in Fslview nothing shows up. is there anything obvious am missing? thanks, ds
