hi fsl experts, i would like to create kind of a lesion map of a cohort of multiple sclerosis patients. i was thinking about a map that shows for example areas where i.e. 80 percent of all lesions were or a kind of color coded map where the majority of lesions was located. I was thinking of the following: - Creat masks manually from FLAIR scans in fsl view - registrate them on the MNI152 - combine the masks with fslmaths into one (like a summation). I am not shure about the command, would you use the add operation? - present the map in fslview colorcoded. I also have some difficulties finding documentation about fslmaths, like what commands exist and how to use them, any hints? thanks everybody, Your help is greatly appreciated. Donald
