I have a question regarding this post. In which folder should you be changing the name of your FA files (orgidata or FA). The FA folder contains many files including the _FA_FA.nii.gz file. If I do change it in the FA folder does this have an impact on any future processing I do with this data (i.e. should I keep a copy of this folder without the "_FA_FA" part removed?) Thanks, Cindy
