Dear Jeanette, Thank you for your useful comment. I will really appreciate if you answer the following question.
Since I'm really interested to investigate the difference of two group, Can I define the contrasts like this?[1 0],[0 1] and then find the significant pvalues for each of them separately and remove the common pvalues' index, then consider the rest of each pvalues as effect of male or female? Does it seem reasonable way to find the difference of two group?
