What does this mean exactly? What do I need to do to fix this? Thanks for your help!

Hi - it looks like you have an incomplete FSL distribution - is it debian/ubuntu?

Hi everyone,

I am at the second part of my TBSS analysis. I have been following online info for preprocessing and now the analysis.

I first ran tbss_1_preproc *.nii.gz and that went well.

Now when I enter tbss_2_reg -T it gives me the following:

Error: target image /usr/share/fsl/data/standard/FMRIB58_FA_1mm not valid

Usage: tbss_2_reg [options]

Target-selection options - choose ONE of:
-T : use FMRIB58_FA_1mm as target for nonlinear registrations (recommended)
-t <target> : use <target> image as target for nonlinear registrations
-n : find best target from all images in FA

I thought that -T automatically used FMRIB58_FA_1mm......if not how do I obtain this? Sorry for the simplicity of my question I am new to all this.

Thanks in advance for the help.

Cindy
