Dear experts, I am unsure about my design and hoping to get some help. I want to regress the 6 motion parameters for a subject using the Stats tab in FEAT. I included the prefiltered_func_data_mcf.par file after running mcflirt, in the 'select confound EVs text file' and 'full model setup' using Custom (1 entry per volume), without any convolution or temporal filtering. Since it's a resting state analysis I don't have any experimental EVs. I therefore included only this text file (I called the EV "motion"). Should these be preceded by a column representing signal of interest? I have attached my design. I'm wondering what the first column represents (is it the full model?) and do I specify contrasts (one for every regressor)? Thank you!! Helen
