Dear mailing list I have a set of data which includes 20 controls as well as 20 patients with a particular condition at 3 time points (baseline, 1 month, 3months). I would like to use melodic/dual regression to analyse the resting state, particularly 1) the differences in DMN characteristics between patients and controls AND 2) how the changes evolve over the 3 time points in the patients... Can someone please give me some advice in terms of how best to design/setup this analysis Kind Regards Nawaf
