The current behaviour of FEEDS is to disable SGE queuing by un-setting the SGE_ROOT environment variable as FEEDS apparently expects the tests to NOT be queued. In contrast to previous posts found in the archives I would like to test a FSL installation on a Rocks cluster using FEEDS or a similar package of standardized scripts/data. Does a separate set of test scripts/data exist that can be used to explicitly test FSL in a clustered environment? Does anybody have recommended tweeks to FEEDS to make it SGE compatible?
