I'm trying to run an analysis assessing if initial brain state has anything to do with how successful you are at doing a task either before or after training.

I'm using FSL's GLM Setup GUI.

I added my two covariates (pre) (post).

EV1: main effect

EV2: pre test score

EV3: post test score

Contrasts:

1: group mean (1, 0, 0)

2: pre (0,1,0) -telling me if my pre-test scores have anything to do with initial brain state

3: post (0,0,1) -telling me if my post-test scores have anything to with initial brain state
