Has anybody had this response from Edexcel when trying to order a replacement certificate? I can see that for some Eos that are ‘remote’ from their finance office this may cause some headaches and delays in
processing the request for payment internally. I know we don’t order replacement certificates very often, but this is just another barrier to us doing our job.
I feel that as a service provider Edexcel should invoice us for all their goods and services. Or am I being harsh?

Dear Paul
I’m afraid we no longer invoice centres and only accept payments by credit card. We cannot process payments and applications by invoicing any more.
To complete our form, please go to our web site,

Yours sincerely

Dear Simon,
Thank you for your reply. As a centre, and therefore are invoiced for services, I would politely request that, as previously agreed, we will be able to submit the form that I attached (supplied by your department)
in order to order certificates that have either been lost in the post to students or lost in the centre (as happens VERY rarely).
The application that your reply refers to is for a current student of ours, so we are requesting a replacement of her certificate as we have misplaced it. Can you please confirm acceptance of our order and send
the replacement at your earliest convenience.
Regards

Hi Paul
The online application form can be found in the Replacement Certificates section of our website here
http://bit.ly/mTtZ0o.
It takes up to 20 working days for us to search our records to find your details and the service costs £37 per qualification. If we are unable to find your details, we will refund you £12 per qualification
and email you to let you know that you did not complete your qualification with us.
You don’t need to complete every box on the application form but if you do it can speed up the search. If you don’t supply enough information or there is a problem with your application, you will be contacted
by a member of the team and application may be delayed.
You can read more answers to frequently asked questions about the service here

You can track the process of your application using your tracking number here

Kind Regards
Simon
