=================================================

Cloud Computing poses a major shift in the IT industry. It is a new paradigm for reducing the cost of computing resources and staffing. Cloud computing implements a Pay-for-what-you-Use and Expand-per-your-Needs model. Cloud computing is the use of computing resources including software and hardware as a service over the Internet. It also reduces the number of staffing required to administer and maintain these resources. It provides different types of services including Infrastructure as a service (IaaS), Platform as a service (PaaS), Software as a service (SaaS), Storage as a service (STaaS), ID as a service (IDaaS), Security as a service (SECaaS), and Administration as a service (AaaS). However, since all these services are Internet-based services and are based on remote utilization of software and hardware resources, this leads to serious challenge in securing an adequate bandwidth for addressing the increased traffic due to these Internet-based services. The communication in the cloud over the Internet is known to be a communication in the public; therefore, extra measures are needed to maintain the privacy and confidentiality of communicated data. The concentration of hardware and software resources and of technical support and staffing to administer these resources in the cloud has its economic impact.
