A few points to clarify the situation

* Signing is performed once (or sometimes twice) most working days unless there is an issue
* next signing will be Tuesday
* Reminders to renew are sent out 4 weeks in advance to avoid any last minute panics, and once again
within the final week. Please ensure that you request renewals in a timely fashion.
* If anyone has problems like this, or like Daniella had earlier in the week then the correct forum is the
[log in to unmask] helpdesk since I don't read all TB-SUPPORT emails. Note however that I did
reply to Chris late last night explaining the situation, but didn't feel the need to bother the whole of
   TB-SUPPORT about it
* Since the signing machine is not on the network and Jens was at GridPP (and I am at DL) we had to wait for Jens
to return before it was fixed, hence the delay.

Cheers

JK

Hi Chris,

The signing machine had a wobble and Jens has been on the case today fixing it. Its fixed now and normal service is resuming. Signing is carried out at least once a day.

Cheers

Subject: cert for se03

The host certificate of our SE, se03.esc.qmul.ac.uk is due to expire on Saturday (renewal got buried under other stuff).

I requested a new one yesterday morning, and it hasn't arrived yet (and I thought the CA signed these things daily).

If there's a problem with the renewal can someone let me know and I'm keen to install the certificate tomorrow morning.

Chris
