Dear SPM-experts! I would like to register fMRI data of a longitudinal study (2 time points) to an fMRI mean volume which lies between both sessions. How can I achieve this within SPM8? As far I understand the realignment option in SPM, it would align allways to the first (or "mean") volume of the first session ... Sincerely yours, Luke
