Hi Donald, I have a question regarding your statement: "The number of trials does not change the amplitude estimate of the BOLD response -- assuming that all trials should have the same BOLD response." Wouldn't the power be bigger for the longer trial data and hence the comparison be unbalanced? Cheers, Glad
