“A great opportunity for a Records Management Assistant to join a large multinational firm to help provide Records Management and Archiving services to their clients.

 

This role isn't just about boxes of paper and you will be applying procedures and schedules to the firm's electronic archiving system, quality control and medical samples and specimens.  You will also get to take part in other projects and initiatives within the firm.

 

You will be required to advise and educate clients on archiving requirements and searching, so should be both competent and confident in your approach.  They're keen to find someone who is courteous and professional, as well as a good communicator.
