Dear Kevin,

Would it to some degree fall under "legitimate interests" as defined here? http://www.ico.gov.uk/for_organisations/data_protection/the_guide/conditions_for_processing.aspx

Probably a question for a data protection expert I think.

Dear all,

I need some crowdsourced answers please- if poss'? Following a standard request via Turnitin, when you permit another university to access a plagiarised matched paper (for academic misconduct processes) from your university (or visa versa); what are the legalities of this? Am I unduly concerned?

Regards.
