I have been an avid reader of the archives and a colleague has posted a few items on the list for me in the past.  As I have taken up a new role in a manufacturing company as their in house OHA I thought I should subscribe as no doubt I will have questions coming out of my ears in the set up of my new department. 

Thank you all so much for the contributions in the past and I hope I will be able to add to those in the future.
