Dear Colleague Call for Nominations to the Executive Committee; SCHOMS May 2013 The following posts on the SCHOMS Executive Committee will become available for election at the AGM at the University of Aberdeen on Tuesday 14th May. 1. Ordinary Member 2 year term 2. Ordinary Member 2 year term 3. Ordinary Member 2 year term Nominations Please note that only the Institutional Representative Members are eligible to stand for election as Officers or Members of the Executive Committee and vote in such elections. Corresponding Members for an institution or an overseas Associate Member are excluded from this process. Please send nominations to Caroline Pepper [log in to unmask]<mailto:[log in to unmask]> by Monday 15th April Nominations, with the agreement of the nominee, should have a proposer and a seconder. If any post has more than one nominee, then ballot papers will be circulated to eligible Institutional Representative Members during week commencing 22nd April. Ballot papers are to be returned by the 6th May, one week before the AGM. If, exceptionally, it is impossible to complete the election before the AGM, elections shall take place at the AGM on the basis of nominations received beforehand. Newly elected Officers shall commence their appointments with effect from the end of the AGM.
