Thanks Heather. I will definitely sign this e-petition.

I  agree NCAT work should continue. Do you when and how it was decided to axe NCAT?

Best wishes

Anil

Dear Colleagues

Please support and sign the e-petition if you feel passionately about the end of NCAT (National Cancer Action Team).

Addressing the awareness of cancer within the Black and Minority Ethnic communities within the UK needs to continue.  It is short sighted to conclude that the work is no longer needed, indeed the work has in essence only just started.  The launch of the National BME Cancer Alliance Charter at the House of Lords this year emphasised the need for the targeted work to continue and be supported by the DoH.

Thank you in anticipation of your support.
