Between 11:20 and 11:50 GMT today Talis Aspire experienced issues with
response times (predominately around bookmarking and creation of lists).
This issue has now been resolved with response times returning to normal.
The Talis Aspire team are currently working to investigate this issue
fully, and will provide a incident summary later today.
