Dear All

Being currently on the project of updating the mailing list, I’m well aware that some members might not have received the following. For those members who have already seen the following but who have not yet voted, please consider this a reminder that votes are due to me by 3rd April (a week Wednesday).

Everyone else—you’re good. Thanks!

Happy springtime wishes to you all,

Freya

Subject: IASPM UK and Ireland 2014 conference

Dear All

The time has come to determine the host for the 2014 IASPM UK and Ireland Conference. I am writing to you to collect votes, as three institutions have put in proposals. Below, you will find summaries of the proposals; attached are the proposers' original documents for further information on the location and programme ideas.

Please send details of FIRST AND SECOND choices directly to me ([log in to unmask]<mailto:[log in to unmask]>) by 3rd April (three weeks from today). In the event that the first choices do not identify a clear majority for one institution (i.e., greater than 50%), then the second choices will be distributed across the two institutions leading on first choices, such that one institution will carry a clear majority.

Please also note that certain details (especially cost of registration) are necessarily provisional at this stage.

Thanks in advance

Freya
