*Effective Leadership* 2nd May
The course will aim to give a good understanding of the importance and role of leadership in museums and the ways in which effective leadership can improve a team’s performance. It will look at styles of leadership and how leaders can provide inspiration to improve performance and achieve goals through effective communication, creative thinking, problem-solving, partnership building and networking.
*Managing a project in your museum* 12 June
The aim of this day course is to consider what is involved with managing a project successfully within your museum with an opportunity to apply these skills to a real project in your work place.
