Thank you so much for your help. Actually i used DTIfit and i have all FA and ADC maps. My question is can i extract FA of a manually drawn ROI ? how can we that by using DTIFit.

I have going through all the manuals and lectures but i dnt understand this fact that if i manually draw a ROI on my FA maps how we get FA of a specific area?

Thank you for any kind of help

Nida

Hi Nida

If you want FA and ADC maps, you should use dtifit rather than bedpostx. Also you can use fslview in order to manually draw ROIs. There are many tutorials to help you train yourself on basic processes, please have a look at:

Hi all,
I am a new user in imaging analysis techniques and i am a medical doctor working on MRI DTI data set of some patients with AD and PD. I need help I hop e you will give me information regarding FSL technique. I have performed Eddy current correction, Bet extraction and bedpostx successfully on my data. But I failed to figure out how can I make a specific region of interest on y FA maps like circling genu of corpus callosum and get FA and ADC values for that specific ROI.

Please help me I am stuck in middle of my thesis and I need to do it before May.
Thanks a lot
