Hi - for resting state, given that you don't have a model, you should use the other approach -
"subtraction of tag from control (as part of pre-stats processing)"
as described at the top of that web page.

Cheers

Dear FSL experts,

I am trying to figure out how to analyze some resting-state ASL data. I followed instruction from FSL website using full perfusion signal model: http://fsl.fmrib.ox.ac.uk/fsl/fsl4.0/feat5/perfusion.html

I'm wondering whether I need to include EV3 ( interaction EV)  in my model. My dataset is all resting-state ASL. I would appreciate if you could generously offer some help. Thanks ahead of time.
